Oliver Rashcovsky, PSPO, is an experienced manager and product owner with a strong background in loyalty program development and project management within the airline and travel sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Loyalty Benefit Development at Air Canada since May 2019, Oliver previously held key roles including Manager of Aeroplan Passenger Service System Implementation and Senior Manager at Aeroplan. With a career that includes significant contributions as a Senior Business Analyst at Aimia Inc, Oliver has demonstrated expertise in leading multi-year projects, gathering stakeholder requirements, and prioritizing user stories for various travel technology initiatives. Oliver's experience also includes a role as a Management Consular Officer for the Government of Canada in New York City and as a Senior Business Analyst at Air Canada.
