Pina Guercio

Pina Guercio is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the aviation industry. Currently serving as Vice President Global Human Resources at Air Canada since May 2022, Pina previously held multiple leadership roles within Air Canada and the Air Canada Leisure Group, including Senior Director and Director of Human Resources from 2014 to 2022. Pina's career at Air Canada began in 1999 in sales management positions. Pina holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations from Concordia University and a Certificate in Advanced Human Resources from Queen's University.
