Shanna Walsh-Callon

Shanna Walsh-Callon currently serves as the Director of Disability Management at Air Canada, a position held since September 2002, where responsibilities include leading and developing the Disability Management and Corporate Attendance teams, along with overseeing strategic policy development. Prior roles at Air Canada include Senior Manager of Disability Management & Corporate Attendance, Manager of Corporate Attendance, Manager of Employee Reliability & Occupational Health and Safety, and Manager of Cabin Crew Performance for Eastern Canada. Shanna’s aviation career began at Royal Airlines/Canada 3000, where roles included Director of Sales, Base Manager, and In-Flight Director. Shanna holds a Certificate in Health Sciences from Queen's University and a Diploma in Travel and Flight Services from Heritage College.
