Kara Fitzgerald is an accomplished professional in the aviation industry, currently serving as an Executive Charter Consultant and previously as a Customer Experience Manager at Air Charter Service since October 2019. With extensive experience in flight services, Kara worked as a Corporate Flight Attendant at ExcelAire LLC from September 2015 to October 2019, managing cabin operations on various aircraft including the Falcon 900EX, Challenger 604, Legacy 600, G550, GV, and GIV, and also held roles in customer service and inflight training at North American Airlines and Hawthorne Global Aviation Services. Early experience included working as an Usher at Jones Beach Theater during the summer of 2003 to 2007. Kara's qualifications are further enhanced by Flight Safety certification and certifications in CPR and First Aid. Education was completed at Farmingdale State University of New York from 2002 to 2005.
