Kristina Howe

Kristina Howe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and advisory roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at Teach by Tech, Inc. and an Advisor at Propexo, Kristina has held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at AIR Communities since December 2020, following a long tenure at Aimco Apartment Homes where responsibilities included Senior Vice President and various leadership roles in operations and asset management. Kristina's experience also includes a significant tenure at Booz-Allen & Hamilton as a Senior Associate and at Morgan Stanley as an IT Associate. Academically, Kristina holds an MBA in Operations and an MA in Latin American Studies from The Wharton School, a BSFS in International Finance and Commerce from Georgetown University, and has participated in an executive education course at Harvard Business School, focusing on competing in the age of AI.
