Matthew Calderon has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Matthew recently joined StartupExperts as an Ops Leader, where they are part of an exclusive community of HR, Finance, and Ops leaders aiming to support each other and build deeper relationships. Prior to this, Matthew worked at Air Company as a Senior People Operations Specialist, focusing on HR operations. Matthew also served as a Senior HR Operations Specialist at Aircall, where they contributed to streamlining phone support processes. Additionally, Matthew worked at YMCA of San Francisco in various roles, including Program Director and Administrator, Site Coordinator, Unit Director, and Program Lead. In these positions, they managed employee tracking systems, recruited and onboarded staff, developed program communications, organized events, and implemented youth development initiatives. Earlier in their career, Matthew gained experience as a Development Intern at LGBTQ Youth Space.
Matthew Calderon attended San Jose State University from 2011 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree with a focus on Child Development.
