Jacob Keeperman has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jacob has held multiple roles at different organizations, starting with their current position as the Physician Implementation and Transformation Lead at Medically Home since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Medical Director at Air Evac Lifeteam starting in 2012. Jacob also worked at Renown Health as the Executive Medical Director for the Renown Transfer and Operations Center and as an Intensivist from 2020 to 2023. Before that, they were an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Emergency Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis from 2018 to 2020 and an Assistant Professor in the same fields from 2012 to 2018. Jacob also worked as a Clinical Instructor of Emergency Medicine from 2010 to 2012 at the same institution. Additionally, they have experience as an Executive Director and Director of Development at the Jackson Arthritis Center from 1999 to 2001.
Jacob Keeperman completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience at UC San Diego from 1998 to 2000. Jacob then pursued their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Medicine at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine from 2001 to 2006. Jacob also holds several certifications, including being Board Certified in Anesthesiology Critical Care Medicine, Emergency Medical Services Physician, and Emergency Medicine Physician, obtained from the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
