Amanda Gentry

Director, Sensors, Air Force Research Laboratory at Air Force Research Laboratory

Amanda Gentry is currently the Director of Sensors at Air Force Research Laboratory, leading a team of 1,200 personnel to ensure superior intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, precision engagement, and electronic warfare systems for America's Air, Space, and Cyber forces. With extensive experience in engineering and materials expertise, Amanda has also held leadership roles in various research and development programs within the Air Force, including the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office. In addition, Amanda has a diverse background in program management, technical support, and volunteer work with organizations such as Civil Air Patrol. Amanda holds degrees in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Business Administration, and a Key Executive Leadership Program Certificate.
