Jason Beach

Jason Beach is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and aerospace systems. Currently serving as Lead Research Engineer at Scientific Systems since January 2016, Jason has progressed through various roles including Senior Research Engineer and Research Engineer II, focusing on projects in the Active Perception and Cognitive Learning Lab and the Intelligent and Autonomous Controls Group. Prior to this, Jason served as a Process Engineer for the United States Air Force at Hill AFB, overseeing depot level maintenance for a range of military aircraft. Jason’s expertise also includes contributions as a Flight Test Engineer at Boeing, where responsibilities included configuration control for significant aircraft models. Additionally, Jason has served in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Electrical and Environmental Systems Specialist. Educationally, Jason holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
