Andrew Garcia

Andrew Garcia is a professional with extensive experience in flying, piloting, and leadership roles. Andrew currently holds the position of MDO Portfolio Lead, Operational Liaison at Air Force Research Laboratory. Prior to this, Andrew served as a Pilot and Electromagnetic Combat Officer in the United States Air Force. Additionally, Andrew has worked as an Airline Pilot at Frontier Airlines and Piedmont Airlines, as well as owning and operating Finger Lakes HeliTours. Andrew's diverse background also includes roles in skydiving, music, education, and digital media. Andrew holds a B.S. in Communications Management & Design from Ithaca College and has completed various professional development courses and certifications related to aviation and strategy.
