Navya Jayaprakash is a seasoned professional in business intelligence and data analytics with experience spanning various roles in prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer at Air India Limited since November 2023, Navya previously worked at Zafin as a Senior Analyst focusing on PMO and Operational Reporting and as an Analyst in Data Visualization. Prior experience includes a position as a Data Analyst at UL Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd and a Junior Technical Officer at Electronics Corporation of India Limited, where responsibilities included the first-level checkup and troubleshooting of Electronic Voting Machines during the 2019 General Election in India. Navya began the professional journey as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee Engineer at Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals LTD. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kannur University and a Plus Two degree in Computer Science from The Brennen School.
