Czar Vigil

Czar Vigil has extensive work experience in the legal field. Czar began their career as an Attorney at O'Sullivan LLP in 1998 and worked there until 2001. Czar then joined Buchalter Nemer as an Attorney from 2001 to 2009. During this time, they gained experience in various legal matters. In 2009, Czar became a Corporate Counsel at International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), where they played a crucial role in the company's capital raising efforts during the financial crisis. Czar served on the team that raised over $7 billion in secured financings in an eight-month period. In 2010, Czar joined Air Lease Corporation as the Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel, where they currently work. Czar'sexpertise and experience have made him a valuable asset in the aircraft leasing industry.

Czar Vigil received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UCLA, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Czar later pursued further education at Georgetown University Law Center, graduating with a Juris Doctor (JD) in Law from 1995 to 1998.
