Elaine Chong is an experienced leader in talent development and change management with a strong background in human resource transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the APAC Head of Talent Development & Change Management CoE at Air Liquide since January 2020, Elaine leads three multicultural teams focused on talent management, learning, and change management for an extensive workforce across 14 countries. Prior to this, Elaine held multiple senior positions at EY, specializing in change management and organizational transformations in the banking sector. Additional experience includes roles at Public Bank and Accenture where Elaine contributed to HR strategies and change management initiatives. Elaine holds a Master’s in Business Administration from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree (First Class Honours) from Hertfordshire University.
