Marianne Lawson currently serves as the Americas Head of Learning and Development at Air Liquide, a role held since January 2025. Prior to this, Marianne held various leadership positions at Airgas from June 2017 to December 2024, including Vice President of Talent Management and Vice President of Human Resources. Earlier in her career, Marianne worked at WM from January 2008 to June 2017, progressing from Human Resources Manager to HR Business Partner and Sr. HR Coordinator. Marianne began her professional journey as an HR Administrator at NDMA in 2008 and as an HR Associate at CoActiv Capital Partners Inc. from 2007 to 2008. Marianne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from La Salle University.
