Renu Rohtagi

Renu Rohtagi serves as the Leadership Programs Director and Director of Human Resources and Communication for Air Liquide India since April 2019. Previously, Renu held the position of Deputy General Manager Human Resources at Jubilant Lifesciences Limited from August 2017 to April 2019, where strategic initiatives in learning and development were implemented. Renu's experience also includes roles at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd, where significant workforce integration and compensation initiatives were executed, and at Jubilant Clinsys, HCL Technologies, and The Coca-Cola Company, where various HR strategies and practices were developed and enacted. Renu's educational background includes an Executive Coach certification and a Post Graduate in Human Resource Management, complemented by executive programs from Harvard Business School and XLRI.
