Swapnil Chandratre

Swapnil Chandratre, P.E., PMP, currently serves as Engineering Manager and Lead Mechanical Engineer at STRIKE since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Mechanical Engineer and Facilities Engineer at Keystone Engineering Inc. from December 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included facility development projects and equipment sizing. Swapnil also held the position of Mechanical Engineer III at Aker Solutions from June 2013 to December 2018, focusing on design initiatives to enhance product quality. Earlier experience includes serving as an Installation Engineer at Oceaneering, responsible for offshore installation procedures, and as a Project Engineer at RJ Engineering Systems, where foundational training in package design occurred. Swapnil earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
