Andie Smith is an experienced professional in the loyalty and marketing sectors, currently serving as Chapter Lead for Market Development and Loyalty at Air New Zealand since September 2014. In this role, Andie oversees a team focused on the strategic execution of the Airpoints coalition program, managing partnerships and commercial accountability. Prior to this position, Andie held various marketing and management roles at companies including APX Travel Management, Harvey World Travel, Stella Travel Services, and Flight Centre. Education includes certifications from the Marketing Association and degrees from the University of Auckland Business School and Sir George Seymour Travel College. Current studies are also being pursued with the Marketing Association.
