Madeline Hernon is a seasoned professional in the fields of injury prevention, occupational health, and physiotherapy. Currently serving as the Lead of Injury Prevention and Wellbeing at Air New Zealand since May 2022, Madeline has previously held senior roles, including Director of Occupational Health & Safety & Wellbeing at Medocc, where services provided included job task analysis, risk assessment, and injury management for various companies across New Zealand, Australia, and Singapore.
