Emmanuel Ezugha

Emmanuel Ezugha is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in application support and systems analysis, currently serving as a Senior Application Support Analyst at Air Peace Limited since January 2017. In this role, Emmanuel has demonstrated expertise in diagnosing software issues, conducting SLA and SOW reviews, and implementing effective solutions that enhance system performance. Key achievements include spearheading the Geolocator implementation for the Air Peace Passenger Service System and migrating the Contact Center Server to the cloud. Prior to Air Peace, Emmanuel held positions as a System Analyst at Jessie Technology Limited and as Lead of the Market Impact Team at Airtel Nigeria. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Madonna University Nigeria.
