Diane Sheridan

Diane Sheridan has extensive experience in legal and risk management roles at Air Products since February 1999, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Commercial Counsel, where responsibilities include overseeing worldwide legal work for commercial and corporate activities. Previous positions include Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, managing global risk and compliance programs, and Vice President of Energy and Materials, overseeing procurement of goods and services. Earlier in their career, Diane was an Associate at Chadbourne & Parke LLP from July 1980 to July 1983. Diane holds a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy and English Literature from the State University of New York at Albany.
