Tammy Han

VP, Asia Strategic Initiatives & Development at Air Products

Tammy Han is vice president of Asia Strategic Initiatives and Development, at Air Products. In this global role, she is responsible for leading key initiatives and projects to enable the growth of the company’s business in Asia, with a focus on new markets and capabilities.

Ms. Han joined Air Products in 1993 as a business development representative at the company’s office in Beijing, China. In 1995 she relocated to corporate headquarters in Allentown, Pa. (U.S.), where she held various positions, including business development manager for large air separation units (ASU) in Customer Plant Process and Service and on-site development manager for Generated Gases. In 2000 Ms. Han returned to China and assumed the role of commercial manager for on-site and electronics businesses, and in 2005 she relocated back to Allentown, where she held commercial positions of increasing responsibility in the Electronics, Energy, and Process Industries divisions. Ms. Han was repatriated to China in 2007 as business development manager for Tonnage Gases, Equipment, and Energy. In 2010 she was appointed business development director, responsible for developing new ASU and HyCO on-site projects, as well as cryogenic product systems in China. She subsequently took on the added role of general manager for the company’s legal entity in Shaanxi Province, with a focus on local team development.

Ms. Han holds a B.A. degree in accounting from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and an MBA from Montclair State University in New Jersey (U.S.).
