Ibrahim Alazzaz

Ibrahim Alazzaz serves as the Head of Human Resources at Air Products Qudra since June 2021, providing leadership in workforce planning, organizational development, and corporate HR functions. Previously, Ibrahim spent nearly nine years at Baker Hughes in various roles, culminating as Human Resources Director for Novel Non-Metallic Solutions, a joint venture with Saudi Aramco. Ibrahim's extensive expertise spans multiple HR disciplines and compliance leadership across regions. An MBA graduate from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship and holder of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Imam Muhammad Bin Saud University, Ibrahim has also completed Executive Education at Babson College.
