David Brandau

David Brandau is a seasoned professional with expertise in pilot plant operations and process introduction management. Currently serving as the Pilot Plant Manager at Air Protein since August 2022, David Brandau is responsible for hiring and managing the operational staff of the pilot plant, as well as overseeing the startup of a new pilot plant facility. Previously, David Brandau held the position of New Process Introduction Manager at Eat Just, Inc., where skills in managing new process implementations were further developed.
