Arif Zainal

Arif Zainal is an experienced professional in the field of industrial and employee relations, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Industrial Relations at Air Selangor since July 2025. Previous roles include Industrial Relations at Sapura Energy Berhad from June 2023 to July 2025, and Industrial Relations Associate at Air Selangor from December 2020 to June 2023. Arif has also worked in industrial and employee relations at Adabi Consumer Industries Sdn. Bhd. and held various human resources positions at Advance Pact Sdn Bhd and Smart Reader Worldwide. Arif holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Office Systems Management and a Diploma in Office Management and Technology, both from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
