Connor McLoughlin serves as the Engineering Supervisor at Air Systems, Inc. since February 2017, overseeing the growth and efficiency of the BAS project engineers in the San Jose office. Responsible for developing processes, enhancing team skillsets, and fostering a collaborative environment, Connor previously held roles as a Senior Project Engineer and Lead Project Engineer, focusing on energy management systems for mechanical equipment. Prior to joining Air Systems, Connor worked as a Microfluidics Researcher at Santa Clara University, where innovative microfluidic devices were developed for point-of-care applications. Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University and has additional educational experience from UNSW.
