Mitch Pothen

Mitch Pothen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mitch most recently served as the Vice President & CTO at AIR T, INC. starting in April 2019. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, they were the Director of Information Technology at Apothecary Products, where they played a strategic role in aligning technology solutions with business needs and developing plans for future growth. From 2011 to 2016, Mitch held various roles at Smiths Medical, including Senior Manager of Business Systems and Senior Manager of Global Data Management. In these roles, they managed projects, led cross-functional teams, and implemented global policies and procedures for data management. Mitch's early career includes positions at Boston Scientific, where they worked as a Sr. Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Leasing Coordinator, and Helpdesk Lead, gaining experience in web and print publication systems, business processes, and customer support.

Mitch Pothen holds a Masters degree in Software from the University of St. Thomas, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors degree in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota, graduating between 1994 and 1999. Mitch'shigh school education was completed at Roseville Area High School. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mitch Pothen has also obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2015.
