Navya Vishnu

Navya Vishnu is a Research Engineer at Verisk, specializing in extreme event solutions since April 2019. Previously, Navya served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Rice University from August 2014 to April 2019 and worked as a Design Engineer at STERLING ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY SERVICES PVT LTD from November 2012 to July 2014. Navya holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Structural Engineering from Rice University (2014-2019), a Master of Science (M.S.) in Structural Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (2009-2012), and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli (2005-2009). Education was completed at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1993 to 2005.
