Adam Wesolowski is a seasoned growth advisor with extensive experience consulting and advising startups globally since 2009. Adam advises on full funnel growth strategies, growth models, tracking plans, and mobile growth, among other areas. As the VP of Growth at Airalo and a growth strategy consultant and shareholder at Ladder.io, Adam has led teams in performance marketing and directly engaged with critical agency clients. Additionally, Adam serves as a mentor at various Google initiatives and offers 1:1 mentoring through GrowthMentor. Formerly, Adam held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Edvoy, overseeing a team and focusing on B2C and B2B marketing, while also founding and leading GrowthEngine.xyz. Adam holds a Master’s in Innovation Management from Rotterdam School of Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Studies from Tilburg University.
