Honey Hong is an experienced product and innovation leader currently serving as the Head of Product & Innovation at AirAsia, managing a diverse team of 20 professionals in airline technology. With a strong focus on delivering innovative solutions, Honey has significantly contributed to key projects such as the Health Travel Pass. Previously held roles include Product Manager at GoQuo and SuperAnt, where responsibilities encompassed managing dynamic packaging products and overseeing development teams for AI and IoT projects. Honey began a career in mobile application development, contributing to various apps and leading teams in companies like IVIS Group and Fireworks Solutions Sdn. Bhd. Honey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Multimedia Technology from University Malaysia Sabah Labuan International Campus. Additionally, Honey has shared expertise as a panel speaker at industry events, including the UiPath AI-Powered Automation Summit.
