Currently serving as the Head of Travel Retail and Acquisition at AirAsia since May 2018, Jonathan leads the team's digital initiatives, achieving significant growth in user engagement. Previously, Jonathan held various senior roles at AirAsia, including Head of Travel Retail and Head of Operations (Group Duty Free and Merchandise), where responsibilities spanned product sales, supply chain management, and operational optimization. Before joining AirAsia, Jonathan successfully developed Groupon Malaysia's supply chain network, significantly enhancing customer fulfillment rates. Jonathan began their career as a magician and entrepreneur, founding JONLEESG.COM, and has also worked in client development and sales within market research and corporate hospitality sectors. Jonathan holds an Associate Degree in Psychology from Telos Institute International.
