Joanne Marcus

Joanne Marcus has over 15 years of experience in marketing. Joanne began their career in 2005 as a Marketing Administrator at Marketing Partners. In 2007, they moved to Vodafone Ireland as a Business Marketing Executive, where they supported the delivery of corporate segment revenue. In 2009, they joined The Lung Association Ontario as a Marketing Communications Coordinator. In 2011, they became a Marketing Coordinator Large Business at Grand and Toy (An OfficeMax Company). In 2012, they were promoted to Marketing Manager, Large Business at OfficeMax Grand & Toy, where they developed, managed, and executed the Mid & Large business segments marketing plan and budget. In 2013, they joined Ricoh Canada Inc. as a Director Field & Channel Marketing, where they were responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that generated new prospects and advanced existing opportunities for the direct and indirect Sales channels. Finally, in 2021, they became the Director Partner Marketing at Airbase.

Joanne Marcus completed a Bachelor Degree in Business and German from Trinity College Dublin between 2001 and 2005. Joanne then went on to receive a Masters in Marketing from Dublin City University between 2006 and 2007. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including "Bill Payments: Create" from Airbase in 2022, "Being a Good Mentor" from LinkedIn in 2021, "Coaching and Developing Employees" and "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn in 2020, "Leading with Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn in 2019, and "Strategic Planning and Leading Change Program" from Smith School of Business At Queen's University in 2017.
