Jj Catlett

JJ Catlett has extensive experience in sales management within the action sports industry. Currently serving as Southeast Sales and Territory Manager for Airblaster, POW Gloves, and Nitro Snowboards since 2019, JJ previously held similar managerial positions at Neff Headwear, Forum Snowboards, and DC Shoes. From 2007 to 2017, JJ was the President and Co-Founder of Loyal Laces, overseeing operations of a grassroots company. Earlier career roles included Southeast Sales Representative for C3 Worldwide and Adio Footwear, where responsibilities involved managing sales representatives, organizing trade show events, and maintaining client relationships. JJ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Appalachian State University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
