Kimberly Easley

Kimberly Easley is an accomplished recruitment leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Principal Recruiter at Airbnb since February 2021, Kimberly has specialized in product design, creative, marketing, and data science recruitment. Previously, Kimberly founded AIR Allies in Recruiting and held leadership positions at dentsu international and Facebook, where efforts focused on driving diversity and inclusion initiatives. Other notable roles include Managing Director of Talent Acquisition at VML, where significant growth was achieved, and VP Director of Creative Services at Publicis. Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from SUNY New Paltz.
