Shawn Mausolf

Shawn Mausolf is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in managing corporate services sourcing and procurement innovation. Currently serving as the Procurement Innovation Manager at Airbnb since August 2025, Shawn specializes in integrating AI capabilities within procurement processes. Prior roles include Director of Corporate Services Sourcing and Senior Procurement Manager at Yahoo, where Shawn led end-to-end procurement strategies and oversaw M&A-related vendor contract separations. Shawn also directed vendor maintenance at Verizon Media, optimizing vendor onboarding systems and risk assessments. Starting a career at Yahoo as a Customer Care representative, Shawn holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University.
