Sinead Slattery

Sinead Slattery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Global Community Support at Airbnb since April 2022. Prior to this role, Sinead held various director positions at Apple from October 2012 to March 2022, overseeing AppleCare technical support contact centre operations across multiple regions, including Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa. Sinead’s career includes leadership roles at eBay Inc., where responsibilities included heading customer experience and operations for the EMEA region, as well as senior management positions focused on trust and safety. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Workforce Management at Group RCI and Operations Manager at Accenture. Sinead holds an MBA from University College Dublin, a Graduate Diploma in Business Study from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, and a BA in Economics and English from University College Galway.
