Weiyu Miao

Weiyu (Ryder) Miao is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in backend development across multiple prominent technology companies. Currently at Airbnb since December 2020, Weiyu focuses on creating APIs for property and resident hosting, as well as integrating multifamily property data. Prior to Airbnb, Weiyu held senior engineering positions at LinkedIn and Yahoo, contributing to data analytics applications and real-time data processing services. Weiyu also led development initiatives at Fuhu Inc. on the Nabi tablet's application store and began a career at Symplified, where foundational skills in Single Sign-On software were developed. Weiyu holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and advanced degrees from East China University of Science and Technology.
