Wendy Jin

Wendy Jin is an Engineering Manager at Airbnb since November 2017, focused on leading software development teams to solve complex challenges through vision and strategy while empowering team members to drive innovation. Prior to that, Wendy held positions as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in infrastructure security at Airbnb, and as a Staff Software Engineer in Security at Intuit. Wendy's experience in the field includes roles at VMware as an Application and Cloud Security Engineer, where contributions included building tools to identify security vulnerabilities, as well as internships at Adobe Systems and Symantec where work centered around security research and data loss prevention. Wendy earned a Ph.D. from George Mason University and holds a degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
