Yael Lindenboim

Yael Lindenboim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in CRM and business analysis across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of CRM at Airbnb since 2019, Yael previously held leadership roles in CRM and ERP at Stratus Investments, LLC, and worked as a Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner at EE, the first 4G/LTE operator in the UK. A diverse career includes being a Chief Adventure Officer during a career break, contributing to mobile payment solutions with Simpay, and driving mobile solutions strategy at ViaFone. Yael's solid foundation in consulting and project management was established at Logica and BAT. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Warwick and a B.Sc. in Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
