Andrew Heins

Andrew Heins has extensive experience in aviation operations, currently serving as a Network Control Specialist at Airborne Global Solutions since September 2022. Prior to this, Andrew held multiple roles at PSA Airlines, Inc. from June 1988 to July 2022, including Operations Control Center Coordinator, Manager of Dispatch, and Director of Systems Control, overseeing critical operational planning, personnel management, and compliance with aviation regulations. Andrew's career in aviation began as an Air Traffic Control Specialist with the Federal Aviation Administration from 1984 to 1987. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from The Ohio State University and is a graduate of the FAA Air Traffic Academy.
