Lance Eldridge

Lance Eldridge is an experienced avionics technician with a robust background in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as an Avionics Technician at Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services since April 2022, Lance previously held positions at ST Engineering as an Avionics Technician and later as Avionics Lead. Earlier experience includes roles at Lockheed Martin as a Harness Fabrication Technician, VT San Antonio Aerospace, and AAR CORP., specializing in the installation and modification of avionics systems and wiring harnesses on various aircraft models. Notable prior roles also include Quality Inspector at Boeing and Sikorsky, where compliance with specifications and quality assurance were paramount. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
