Scott Lieberman

Scott Lieberman has a diverse range of work experience spanning over multiple industries. Scott is currently the President of AirBoss Rubber Solutions at AirBoss of America, a role they assumed in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Business Development at AirBoss of America from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining AirBoss of America, Lieberman worked as an Independent Consultant at SDL Consulting from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they conducted buy-side due diligence for private equity firms to identify and evaluate manufacturing businesses. Scott provided comprehensive financial appraisals, including market and customer evaluations, growth projections, and intellectual property valuations.

From 2011 to 2019, Lieberman held various leadership positions at Preferred Compounding, an Audax Group Portfolio Company. Scott was the President of Preferred Compounding de Mexico from 2016 to 2019, where they had full P&L responsibility and oversaw significant capacity and footprint expansions. Scott also served as the Executive Vice President of Preferred Compounding, leading sales and margin responsibilities across multiple regions. Additionally, they held the role of Vice President & General Manager and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Preferred Compounding.

Earlier in their career, Lieberman worked at Excel Polymers as a North America Sales Manager from 2006 to 2010, where they achieved sales revenue growth and margin expansion. Scott also served as the Director of Automotive Sales at Schaeffler KG from 2002 to 2006, driving sales growth and securing significant contracts. Prior to that, they held various roles at Freudenberg-NOK and Bates Fabricating.

Lieberman began their career at Ford Motor Company, where they worked as a Gear Manufacturing Process Engineer from 1993 to 1995.

Scott Lieberman attended Lawrence Technological University from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Manufacturing.
