The Human Resources team at AirBoss of America is responsible for managing and developing the company's workforce. This includes recruitment, employee benefits administration, corporate HR strategy, human resources administration, labor relations, and employee engagement. The team supports all divisions—Rubber Compounding, Engineered Products, and Automotive—by ensuring compliance with labor laws, facilitating employee development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
