Morris Eddy, CHRL, has significant work experience in human resources. Morris began their career as a Human Resources Manager at John Crane Polymer Engineering in 1993, where they worked until 1997. From 1997 to 2008, they held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at Cooper Standard Automotive. In 2008, they joined Ontario Power Generation as a Station Human Resources Manager and later served as a Senior Manager of Human Resources - Health and Safety. Morris concluded their tenure at Ontario Power Generation as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, Morris Eddy joined AirBoss of America as the Director of Human Resources, Health and Safety, and in January 2020, they were promoted to the position of Vice President, Human Resources, where they currently serve.
Morris Eddy, CHRL completed an Executive Program in Strategic Human Resource Management at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in 2015. Morris also holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College, which they obtained from 1993 to 1995. Additionally, Morris Eddy earned a Bachelor of Honours Commerce degree with a focus on Human Resources from McMaster University between 1989 and 1993.

Its Automotive division designs, engineers and manufactures rubber and synthetic rubber products, such as bushings, dampeners, boots and isolators.
