Jean-Charles Paquin

Jean-Charles Paquin is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience at Airbus since October 1992, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Supplier Development in Procurement Operation, where responsibilities include assessing industrial maturity and managing critical supplier relationships. Previously, Jean-Charles held various leadership roles, including Vice President of A320 Central Program Management and Vice President of Fuselage Engineering, focusing on production planning, engine program management, and Lean implementation. Additionally, Jean-Charles is an Executive Member representing Airbus Commercial at SPACE Aero, an association supporting the European aerospace supply chain. Jean-Charles holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO and an Engineer's degree in Physics from École Polytechnique.
