Shashank Dixit

Shashank Dixit is an experienced professional currently serving as a Multi Functional Team Leader and Head of Flying Parts Procurement at Airbus since May 2014. In this role, Shashank oversees the sourcing of Aerostructures, Materials, Systems, and Equipments from India, managing relationships with key Tier 1 suppliers and supporting industrialization planning for aircraft sales. Previously, Shashank was a Manager of Aerostructures at Airbus India, focusing on implementing sourcing strategies and developing the aerospace supply base. Prior experience includes a Management Consultant position at Accenture, where Shashank led process reengineering projects for the oil and gas sector, and an Associate Strategy role at Lodha Group. Shashank began the career in the Supply Chain Division at Maruti Suzuki, handling sourcing and development of car components, and holds a PGPM in Finance and Strategy from the Indian School of Business and a B Tech in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
