Venusa Oliveira has extensive experience in procurement and customer service within the aviation industry. Currently serving in General Procurement at Airbus since November 2022, Venusa previously held significant roles at White Airways from February 2009 to December 2020, including Inflight Service Planning Technician/Supervisor, Travel Operations Department Support, and Inflight Service Assistant, where responsibilities included procurement, logistics, and management of catering and entertainment for various aircraft types. Prior experience at TAP Air Portugal from September 2007 to January 2009 involved customer support, addressing inquiries and complaints from passengers. Venusa Oliveira holds a degree in Tourism and Cultural Heritage Management from Instituto Politécnico de Tomar, obtained in September 2005.
