Bethany Chaffin

Bethany Chaffin has work experience in a variety of engineering roles, with their most recent position being System Integration Lead at Aircela Inc starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Tiffany & Co. as both a Product Lead of Engineering & Innovations and a Product Engineer. Before that, they were a Mechanical Engineer at Wooden Camera, where they designed accessories and equipment for professional video cameras. Bethany also had an internship with Apple as a Mechanical Quality Engineering Intern, where they oversaw the manufacturing process of over 15 specific parts on the product and led negotiations with suppliers. Bethany'sfirst internship was at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company as a Supplier Quality Engineering Intern, where they designed a risk assessment tool to analyze the manufacturing processes of suppliers and traveled to different Lockheed Martin suppliers across the US.

Bethany Chaffin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design from Stanford University, attending from 2013 to 2017. Later, they enrolled in Stanford University again in 2017, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 2018.
