Iris Kuhn

Iris Kuhn has been working in the pharmacist industry since 2004. Iris began their career at Option Care as a Pharmacist. In 2005, they joined Swedish as a Pharmacist - Inpatient and Outpatient, where they processed prescriptions written by practitioners, monitored patients' labs and doses, managed TPN formulas, and provided patient education and counseling. In 2007, they moved to EvergreenHealth as a Clinical Pharmacist. In 2019, they began working at Snoqualmie Valley Hospital as a Clinical Pharmacist, where they accelerated the switch from paper and fax TPN ordering process to online ordering system, contributed in planning implementation of USP <800>, and promoted workflow efficiency and better use of technology. In 2021, they joined Aircover as a Junior Software Engineer.

Iris Kuhn's education history includes attending the University of Washington from 1999 to 2003 where they earned a Doctor of Pharmacy - PharmD in Pharmacy. Iris also attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 1998 to 1999. Currently, Iris is attending Hackbright Academy for Software Engineering. In addition, Iris has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn and ASHP since 2019, including the ASHP/ASPEN Nutrition Support Certificate and the ASHP Compounded Sterile Preparations Certificate for Pharmacists.
