Anthony Newton

Anthony Newton has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Anthony is currently the Director of Product Management at AireSpring since October 2021. Prior to this, they were the Company Owner of Ancott since February 2020, where they focused on high-end consulting and outsourcing in areas such as product management expertise, product go-to-market best practices, and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).

From December 2016 to January 2020, Anthony worked as a CSM (Customer Experience) at Long View Systems Denver, where they enhanced the financial viability of the company through new product offerings and development processes. During this time, they also developed go-to-market strategies and execution approaches.

Earlier in their career, Anthony served as the Director of Product Management at CenturyLink Business for Enterprise from January 2011 to August 2015. Here, they directed the product portfolio strategy and planning, with a notable achievement of positioning CenturyLink with major corporations like Microsoft, Intel, and Qualcomm in the field of Industrial Internet of Things (IoT).

Before their time at CenturyLink, Anthony worked as a Group Product Manager at CenturyLink (formerly Qwest) from January 2001 to January 2011. Anthony was responsible for driving solutions-based product approaches and overseeing the product cycle from concept to fruition.

Anthony's career began at Microsoft in August 1998, where they worked as a Senior Program Manager. Anthony led a team focused on SAP business process evaluation and reengineering initiatives and was involved in developing and maintaining the SAP Enterprise Information Portal.

Prior to their corporate career, Anthony served in the United States Air Force from 1985 to 1993.

Anthony Newton holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Statistics and Forecasting from Willamette University. Anthony also pursued a degree in Software Product Management from the University of Washington. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from Willamette University. Currently, Anthony is working towards a Master's degree in Data Science at Willamette University, expected to be completed between 2020 and 2022.

In terms of certifications, Anthony obtained a Lifebound Certification from LifeBound in August 2022. Anthony also holds a Certified Unbeatable Mind Coach certification from Unbeatable Mind, obtained in May 2022. Furthermore, they have been certified as an Instructor in Concealed Carry and Home Defense by USCCA Training in 2021. Additionally, Anthony has completed the Center For Creative Leadership program offered by the Center for Creative Leadership in July 2006.
