Sylvain Bolduc has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Sylvain is currently the CFO at Airex Energy since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors at Groupe Demex/Centrem since April 2017. From July 2018 to April 2020, they held the position of Vice President Finance, America at Elopak. Afterward, they obtained the Chartered Accountant certification from the Order of Chartered Accountants of Quebec in the same year. Later, in 2006-2007, they attended the International Masters Program in Practice Management, where they obtained a Master's Degree in the Executive MBA Program.
